Delete your account and data

Lil'Bambino is operated by Numeros Convergentes. You can permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open Lil'Bambino and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete account.
Choose a reason, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

Deletion is immediate. You will be signed out when it completes.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account. Include the subject line Account deletion request.

We will verify your identity and process the request within one month, as required by applicable law.

What is deleted

Your Firebase authentication account and user profile.
Baby profiles you are the only caretaker for, including feeding, diaper, sleep, growth, medication, exercise logs, and shopping lists.
Pending invitations you created.
Push notification tokens stored for your account.

What may be kept

If other caretakers share a baby profile with you, your access is removed but their shared data remains for them.
Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
Information we must retain to comply with law or resolve disputes.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel your subscription in your device’s store settings before or after deleting your account if you no longer wish to be charged.
